I came across this today: “The function of kinesiology in the physical training industry is to contribute not only to successful participation in various activities but also to the improvement of the human structure through proper analysis of basic movement patterns then intelligently selecting the proper exercises/activities and teach them correctly for maximum results.”
From a coaching and fitness training perspective this means: your coach or trainer has to know what they are doing and how the exercises affect you. They also need to know you and what you are capable of doing. You cannot make continued progress with one size fits all programs. You are unique and your program should be as well.
Don’t settle for anything less than the best for you!
