There are countless programs available online and via apps for fitness. The first step is decide what your goals are and how hard you are willing to work to achieve your fitness goals.

Please remember that many “coaches” and “personal trainers” have no formal training as coach or trainer. They simply look at programs online or have a set “one-size-fits-all” approach to coaching.

If you want a trainer or coach, please make sure that you research them and their background – just because they post a lot of stuff on social media does not mean that they are qualified to be a coach. What training do they have? What have they personally accomplished as an athlete? Do they customize their programs? Ask about other clients and then ask those clients what their program looks like.

Do not sacrifice your health and fitness, as well as your money, for a social media “expert” that only knows what worked for them and try to impose that on you. You deserve a customized program that meets your needs.
